Sandhya Reddy is a PCC-accredited executive and leadership coach with certifications from the International Coach Academy and Hogan Assessment Certification. With 25 years of industry experience, she has led marketing initiatives across telecom, FMCG, BPO, and IT sectors, with expertise in digital strategy design and execution. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and a Master's degree in Business Administration.
Sudeep brings 20+ years of progressive HR leadership experience across global organizations including Accenture, GlaxoSmithKline, Walmart Global Tech, Upstox, and Netflix. A Hogan-certified executive coach, he specializes in talent transformation, organizational design, and leadership development at scale. His expertise spans enterprise talent strategies that have impacted thousands of employees across multinational organizations.
Vijay is a seasoned entrepreneur and talent operations leader with 23+ years of industry experience. As founding team member and CEO of the professional staffing business at Quess Corp, he scaled operations to serve hundreds of enterprises across India and Southeast Asia. He holds an MBA from INSEAD Singapore and brings deep insights into workforce management, talent marketplace dynamics, and enterprise staffing challenges that come from building and scaling a billion-dollar staffing platform.
